We achieve our mission to create the next generation of nurse leaders and educators by: (1) partnering with universities and health systems around the U.S. to create customized Work-Study programs; and (2) providing scholarships for advanced nursing degrees to qualifying international nurses. GSA forms the university/hospital alliances, identifies, screens, and qualifies the international scholarship candidates, awards the scholarships and administers the work/study programs. As a world leader in sustainability programs for nursing, GSA also awards scholarships to aspiring nurse leaders and educators in developing countries, such as the Philippines.
