J. William (Bill) DeVille – Chief Executive Officer

Bill DeVille has over thirty years experience in human capital management in the healthcare industry. Prior to forming Health Carousel, he was the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Health Personnel Options (a $120 million nursing and allied travel staffing company, acquired by On Assignment) and Managing Partner at R.E. Lowe Associates. Bill DeVille has a Master of Business Administration from Ohio State University (Columbus, OH) and a Bachelor of Science from Ohio State University (Columbus, OH).

Lawrence (Lair) T. Kennedy, Jr. – Chief Financial Officer

Lair Kennedy has thirteen years of experience in a variety of industries including healthcare staffing, investment banking and private equity, with a depth of knowledge in finance, law, and mergers/acquisitions. Prior to forming Health Carousel, he was a Managing Director at Castellini Management Company (a Cincinnati based diversified holding company and managing partner of the Cincinnati Reds) and an Associate in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley.
