The article outlines the explosion in demand for registered nurses and respiratory therapists that Health Carousel saw during the pandemic and how the organization rose to meet that need for clients and patients.
Despite not all lines of business at Health Carousel seeing growth last year and the trend with similar organizations to lay off, cut salaries and cut investments in their companies, Bill pivoted and did the opposite. Health Carousel had zero salary cuts, record promotions and invested in the company’s future.
