The Cincinnati Enquirer Names Health Carousel a Top Place to Work

Health Carousel has been awarded a 2016 Top Workplaces honor by The Cincinnati Enquirer. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured in the study, including alignment, execution and connection.“Time and time again, our research has proven that what’s most important to them is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together," says Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics. And according to survey results, Health Carousel employees are thrilled with where the company is heading.Health Carousel gains this recognition in the wake of being named a finalist for the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Fast-55 list of fastest growing companies. That’s because after over a decade of success in providing healthcare workforce solutions, the company has witnessed its operations expand significantly. Health Carousel made its first acquisition last November when it acquired Dayton-based Next Medical Staffing. Next, the company will open now its fourth office space this summer.
