As we are almost halfway through 2024, we want to take a moment to reflect on last year. We are filled with immense pride and gratitude for the incredible dedication, hard work, and compassion that each of you has demonstrated. Your contributions have had a profound impact on the patients, people, and communities we serve, and for that, we thank you.

Last year was a testament to our collective commitment to our mission of ensuring that every patient in the United States has access to a qualified healthcare professional when and where they are needed. Our team has worked tirelessly to deliver high-quality healthcare staffing solutions. Together, we have made significant strides in improving lives and making healthcare work better across the globe.

In 2023, we achieved a remarkable long term goal of being named the #1 International Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts and we received multiple awards for our excellence in service and community engagement. Notably, we have been honored with the Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service for the fifth time, showcasing our deep-rooted commitment to giving back.

Our social impact initiatives this year have been nothing short of inspiring. From our fourth annual Virtual Raffle for a Cause, which raised $42,000 for 1N5 to support mental health initiatives, to our blood donation drives with Hoxworth Blood Centers and the American Red Cross, our collective efforts have saved lives and supported vital causes. We also had the privilege of sponsoring a Make-A-Wish trip for a brave young boy named Jaxton, bringing joy and unforgettable memories to his family.

Our employees have dedicated over 1500 volunteer hours, supported more than 100 local and national nonprofits, and donated over $25,000 to various charitable causes. These efforts underscore our commitment to our values of teamwork, integrity, excellence, and service.

We have also continued to support our employees' well-being through various initiatives, including our Fall Mental Health Series and the QPR Certification program, which trains individuals in suicide prevention. These programs have provided essential resources and support, emphasizing the importance of mental health in our workplace and beyond.

Through our partnerships with our clients, The DAISY Foundation, and the Josie King Foundation, Health Carousel is investing in the future of nursing by recognizing the extraordinary work done by our healthcare professionals and providing scholarships for nursing faculty across the globe.
