Stacey Stanley, President of Next Medical Staffing, Elected to Lead NALTO

Congratulations are in order for Stacey Stanley, president of Next Medical Staffing, who has just been named as the president elect to lead The National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO®)!  As the leading locum tenens industry association in the country, NALTO provides a foundation of industry standards and ethical guidelines for companies specializing in physician locum tenens recruitment services.The decision was made at NALTO's annual conference back in March. Stacey will assume the role of NALTO president starting in 2017 and serve a two-year term. Current NALTO President Melissa Byington spoke highly of Stacey in a Staffing Industry Analyst article:

Stacey is no stranger to success. Next Medical Staffing, acquired by Health Carousel last November, was Stacey's third successful business venture. Next Medical Staffing quickly emerged as a leader in the Locum Tenens business under her direction and leadership, making her an industry expert and an ideal president of NALTO.

Health Carousel has been in the news a lot recently. The company experienced its first acquisition last November, which moved Health Carousel into the Dayton market. Health Carousel was then named by the Fast 55 Award as one of the fastest growing companies in Cincinnati. The company made several major hires at the end of 2015, then signed a lease on new office space  - now its fourth office, after beginning 2014 with only one - to accommodate its rapid growth. Now an executive member of the Health Carousel leadership team is taking on a leadership role of a major industry association. It’s been quite a few months!
