Health Carousel has been named a 2022 Honorable Mention in the 2022 Goering Center’s Family & Private Business Awards! The 2022 theme was “The Power of Culture,” and we knew we had to enter to show our pride for the culture our employees create at Health Carousel.

From the transformational goals that inspire and challenge our people to grow (and the resources we provide along with them) to our #HCGivesBack program, Light the Way initiative, Volunteer PTO, and the company-wide hybrid work policy for better work-life balance, we strive to help our employees, our communities, and our healthcare professionals to live lives with purpose and dignity. Today, Health Carousel has served nearly 10 million patients and sets the standard for ethical medical staffing.

In 1989, the Goering Center (affiliated with the Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati) was founded on the idea of nurturing local and family businesses to be the best they can be, making a better city for everyone.  The Goering Center is now North America’s largest university-based educational non-profit learning center for family and private businesses, serving over 400 member companies.
