Health Carousel Names New ACNO | VP of International Operations

Health Carousel is excited to announce that Donita Ross MSN, RN, NE-BC,CGNC, has been promoted to ACNO and VP of Health Carousel International.
After starting with the Clinical team at Health Carousel in 2017, Donita quickly made an impact supporting our PPUSA clients by leveraging her clinical expertise and was then promoted to Director of HCIN Business Development & Account Management.
Donita will continue her clinically led approach in her new role, as she helps customers leverage temp-to-perm solutions to ensure that every patient has access to a qualified healthcare professional when and where they are needed.
She has established herself as a trusted advisor with many PPUSA customers and brings invaluable clinical insights that help improve our nurses' success while on assignment.
Donita has also led presentations on US work opportunities for foreign nurses as an integral part of our Light the Way initiative. She is a certified Global Nurse Consultant (2021) and she keenly understands the global nursing industry and its unique challenges and advantages.
During her time with Health Carousel, Donita has won the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Health Care Hero Award (2020), and the American Staffing Association’s Women in Leadership Scholarship (2021).
Donita brings 29 years of acute-hospital experience to the table. She served as a former manager of perioperative, medical-surgical, and oncology services at Tri-Health Hospital System, a 320-bed acute care facility.
Donita will work closely alongside the Health Carousel International Leadership Team to continue its success.
