Health Carousel Wins First in Top Places to Work 2017 - Cincinnati Midsize

Cincinnati Enquirer's Top Places to Work list has awarded Health Carousel first place in the midsize group (150-499 employees) for 2017. A big thank you goes to the awesome employees. When asked about their favorite part of coming to work they often say “the people I get to work with” or “the company culture”. Health Carousel was one of the winners in the 2016 Top Places to Work list as well, but in the small group (up to 150 employees).

The move from small group to medium group is notable. Health Carousel has rapidly grown within the last year and doesn't plan on slowing down anytime soon. Their aggressive goal this year is to double in size and revenue again. To quote Health Carousel CEO, Bill DeVille: “If you are looking for a meaningful career with promising trajectory, we want you on this rocket ship”. As this goal is carried out with hard work and dedication, the company has created a theme to embrace the rapid growth with humility: “On The Move”.

In 2017, all Health Carousel divisions have or will be moving locations. Top of the line technology fill the new modern work spaces and at least one of the locations will have treadmill desks. During all of this, employees have been flexible and good sports about the process. “We are on the move in 2017! The theme has proven how adaptable and creative our great employees are. It’s clear that Health Carousel likes to have fun, but that alone would not merit winning the awards they have. Health Carousel made the Fast 55 Fasting Growing Companies list in 2016 and 2017.
